Hello Parents!
Last week we started are Eric Carle theme. Eric Carle is an illustrator and writer of children's books, like The Very Hungry Caterpillar. We’ve been talking about what an Illustrator and Author do. We have also been discussing Eric Carle's art style and have made our own Eric Carle style animals for Art.
This week are letter of the week is “Q”. The "Qwuh" sound can be a hard one for the kids to pair with words. We’ve talked about the words; Quail, Quilt, Quarter, Quartz Crystals and Queen. We’ve Also had two new friends join us at Rainbow in the last few weeks and are happy to see how well they fit in with our Rainbow Family!
The kids and teachers are excited to start our Comets program on Fridays! We look forward to seeing you at 8:45am at the bottom of the gondola in town.
