Rascals Rainbow Rockies Team

Our Friendly Faculty

Working at Rainbow since 2020, Shelby decided to make Telluride her home and raise her family here. Her love for her students and their parents is evident in her warm and engaging spirit every day. Her wish for each new class is to be excited about learning, to care for one another, and to be the best prepared both academically and emotionally to start kindergarten. Shelby went to college in Texas and considers herself a lifelong learner.

Brooke Napier

Director, Rascals

Boasting over twelve years of experience working with children in Colorado, Brooke's favorite part about leading our Rascals program is that she has the opportunity to be woven into our community through her relationships with the children in the Rascals program and their families. Coming to Rascals from Mountain Munchkins, Brooke has always enjoyed working with young children, supporting them as they gain independence, grow peer relationships and develop communication skills.  In her spare time, Brooke enjoys spending time with her family, ceramics, hiking and cooking. Brooke is ECE Director Qualified.
