I hope this email finds you well and that you are staying physically and mentally healthy during these unique times. I wanted to reach out to you all with a little more information about our program as we are hopefully approaching our June 1st opening date. I first want to ensure everyone that once we do open, we will be following all CDC, San Miguel County and Colorado Office of Early Care and Learning guidelines for health and safety. We will also be providing those guidelines to families in the upcoming weeks. Schedules- I have reached out to each family individually with their child's schedule and will work on modifications as they come up. If you have questions or concerns about your child's schedule please let me know as soon as possible so that I may try and accommodate those requests. Hours of Operation- In order to allow myself adequate time at the beginning and end of the day to fully comply with the modified cleaning, sanitizing and operating guidelines, our hours of operation will be 8:30am-5:00pm. Daily Rates- We know that this will be a hardship for families and we are hoping that this will be a short term increase, but in order to keep our doors open, we must increase our daily rate from $53 to $58. Please note, in order for us to break even, we would need to increase the daily rate by $10. We are cutting that rate in half for now considering the financial hardship most of our families have endured during this crisis. As you all know, information and guidelines pertaining to COVID-19 are changing almost daily, we are doing our best to plan accordingly and appreciate your patience as we navigate these waters and do our best to support our families while making sure we keep everyone as safe as possible. Did you know that you can blog right from your published website? After you publish your site, go to your website’s URL and login with your Wix account. There you can write and edit posts, manage comments, pin posts and more! Just click on the 3 dot icon ( ...) to see all the things you can do.
