For the last two weeks, we learned about our 5 senses. Some stand out activities were —covering a friend’s eyes, having another friend stand in front of them & then they try to use their sense of touch to guess who the friend is. Another was our senses song “I use my eyes to see, I use my eyes to see, Hi Ho how did you know I use my eyes to…see”, also our tasting activity where we categorized each food into Sour, Sweet, Bitter or Salty. Last but not least was building a tower blindfolded. It was funny to see how many times they tried to lift the blindfold to see what they were doing!!
We are still doing Storytime with Melissa, Hip Hop with Kelsey, Spanish with Camila, Yoga with Crisanne and we just had our last Drama practice & performance with Leah! It’s so awesome to have access to all these different movement activities and creative outlets to discover things they really like!!
We are so proud of our little shining stars for being so brave and bold on stage yesterday for The Turnip!! If I didn’t catch you at pickup or drop off, let me know and I can individually text or airdrop you the performance video. It was blurry when I tried to send it out on a mass email!
We celebrated Zevi’s birthday last week! Another 4 year old in the mix…they grow up too fast!!!!!
