Wowie sorry you guys…I’ve put the blog on the backburner as we are helping our new friends adjust at Rainbow! We are learning how to enter a play group, ask for a toy nicely, keeping our hands to ourselves and trying to lean on our more experienced friends to show us how it’s done….when they can😉 Everyone is learning so quickly and trying their best every day and I appreciate that!

Our emotions theme came with perfect timing to go over these big feelings we can be feeling especially this time of year. Sad that mom and dad leave in the morning, frustrated when a friend takes a toy, happy when we have a favorite snack, and mad when a friend pushes you. These are things we were really able to model, break down and explain what we could do if we are having some of those big feelings.

Hope to see y’all at the Pumpkin Patch next weekend at the Covered Bridge Ranch in Montrose! It’s such a fun event that we love doing each year and watch the kids run around, beaming with joy around their friends.

We have another week of our Fall theme next week so I’ll post those pictures here next Friday!
