Father’s Day Lunch was a hit!! I’m so glad that time of day worked out so well for a quick lunch break and then right back to business. Great work dads!

We started our sports theme last week and it’s one of our favorites. Everyone is thinking about what sports they like to play & watch. Some didn’t even realize their “hobbies” were sports too! We are reading books about working together as a team, resilience and that go getter attitude that we love! We love cheering them on and giving them the courage to try new things even if they might fail.

We had a lot of birthdays this month! Cooper is 4, Minneaux is 5, Stevie is 3 & Megan is….awesome(; loved celebrating our friends and these milestones!

Coach Murray (the elementary school PE teacher) gave us an Olympics lesson last week and it was so special!! We practiced some skills, read an A-Z Olympics book and got a medal at the end for our excellent efforts. I’m so happy that we’ve made this a yearly thing since her son Malcom graduated last year! This also gives our graduates an introduction into their future in Kindergarten.

I’m loving the excitement over the Guest Star Readers! It has been such a sweet surprise to see who comes in to read to us 😊 thank you!!
